Who we are
Kreative Creators Hub Ltd, Manchester, UK (“we”) runs this website and is the data controller for the details you give us. Company number: [PLACEHOLDER: company number]. Registered address: [PLACEHOLDER: registered address]. ICO registration: [PLACEHOLDER: ICO number, if registered].
Questions or requests: afaq.haider@kreativecreators.com
What we collect
- Enquiry form: first and last name, email, phone, company (if asked), your answers about your business, budget and message.
- Where you came from: ad and campaign tags in the link you clicked (utm_*, fbclid), the page you landed on and your browser type.
- Booking: if you book a call, Cal.com receives your name, email and the notes from your enquiry.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange the call you asked for (steps taken at your request before a possible contract).
- To keep a record of enquiries and see which ads bring them in (our legitimate interest in running the business).
- To measure our Meta ads, only if you accept cookies (your consent).
Cookies and the Meta Pixel
We set one cookie of our own, kc_consent, to remember your cookie choice for 12 months. It is strictly necessary and doesn’t track you.
If you click Accept, we load the Meta Pixel. It sets cookies such as _fbp and _fbc and tells Meta when you view a page, send the enquiry form and book a call, so we can measure our ads. If you click Reject or ignore the banner, the Pixel never loads.
With your consent, when you send the form our server also sends Meta a “Lead” event through the Conversions API. Your email, phone and name are hashed (scrambled one-way) before they leave our server, together with your IP address and browser type. Without consent, nothing is sent to Meta.
You can change your choice at any time: .
Who we share it with
- Resend: sends us an email about your enquiry.
- Supabase and Google Sheets: store the enquiry so we can follow up.
- Cal.com: books the call.
- Meta: ad measurement, only with your consent (see above).
- Vercel: hosts this website.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK, for example in the US or the EU. Where they do, they rely on UK-approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK–US data bridge. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm each provider’s data region and safeguards.]
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t become a project are deleted within [PLACEHOLDER: e.g. 12 months]. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as UK law requires (usually 6 years for accounting records).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email afaq.haider@kreativecreators.com and we’ll reply within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
